EcoEntradas.com makes different means of payment available to its users in order to facilitate the purchase of tickets, reservations and services marketed through the platform.
Depending on the event, the organiser, the sales channel and the configuration of the service, the following methods may be offered, among others:
The above list is for information and does not imply that all means are available for all events.
The only payment methods accepted for each transaction will be those that appear expressly enabled during the purchase process.
EcoEntradas may incorporate, replace, modify or withdraw payment methods according to technical, commercial, operational or security needs, without prejudice to the legal information obligations and to the rights acquired by users.
Payment methods may vary depending on:
The availability of a payment method for one event does not guarantee that it is available for other events.
EcoEntradas will inform users of the methods accepted in accordance with the legal obligations of pre-contractual information.
Electronic transactions will be carried out through the payment systems and providers enabled at any given time.
These may incorporate encryption, authentication, fraud-prevention and transaction-verification procedures.
Where applicable, the user must complete the strong authentication mechanisms required by their financial institution or payment service provider.
EcoEntradas will not request by email bank passwords, PINs, card security codes or temporary authentication keys.
Data related to payments will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the applicable legal obligations.
Selection of a payment method or the start of a transaction does not necessarily imply confirmation of the purchase.
The transaction must meet the authorisation, processing and verification conditions established by the corresponding system.
Tickets will be issued when the purchase has been confirmed in accordance with the applicable procedure.
In the event of a discrepancy between the bank authorisation and the status of the purchase, EcoEntradas may carry out the necessary checks before determining the outcome of the transaction.
A transaction may remain pending, be rejected or not be completed due to circumstances such as authentication errors, bank limits, insufficient funds, technical problems or communications interruptions.
Where the payment is not completed within the period provided for the reservation, the tickets or places may become available again.
The existence of a payment attempt does not guarantee the indefinite reservation of the places.
If the user detects a charge without receiving confirmation of the purchase, they may report the incident so that it can be checked.
Where improper or duplicate charges occur, the legally required correction or refund measures will be applied.
Prices will be shown in euros, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Before the purchase is confirmed, the total price will be stated, including the applicable taxes and additional charges.
The tax treatment will depend on the nature of the transaction and on the corresponding regulations, including IGIC (Canary Islands tax) or IVA where applicable.
Surcharges for the use of means of payment will not be applied where they are legally prohibited.
Any additional charges that are permitted must be communicated clearly before the purchase is formalised.
EcoEntradas may use security procedures intended to prevent fraudulent payments, duplicate transactions, misuse of means of payment or unauthorised access.
Where there are objective and sufficiently substantiated indications of fraud, additional verifications may be carried out or proportionate measures may be adopted in accordance with the applicable regulations.
These measures will not entail an exclusion of the rights legally recognised to buyers.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Cancellations and Refunds Policy, the specific conditions of the event and the applicable legislation.
Where a reimbursement is due, it will, as a general rule, be made using the same means of payment originally used, unless there is a valid agreement or a legally justified circumstance.
Reimbursement procedures may vary according to the provider used and the status of the transaction.
The time limits must respect the applicable legal obligations.
No penalties will be imposed for refunds that must be made on a mandatory basis under the legislation.
Buyers may exercise the rights of claim recognised by the payment services regulations.
EcoEntradas may retain and provide the legitimate evidence necessary to demonstrate the contract, the payment authorisation, the issue of tickets, the communications and the validations carried out.
The allocation of economic responsibilities among EcoEntradas, the organisers and the providers will be determined in accordance with their contractual relationships and the applicable legislation.
Certain payments may be processed through independent financial or technology providers.
The entity that processes a transaction may apply the legal and contractual conditions corresponding to its services.
The actual providers will be identified where this is required, especially in relation to the processing of personal data.
The use of external services does not release EcoEntradas from its own legal or contractual obligations.
EcoEntradas may extend its services by incorporating new payment systems and providers according to technological developments and the needs of the platform.
The new methods may include banking solutions, digital payments, electronic wallets, instant payment systems or other legally accepted means.
Their incorporation will be subject to the corresponding technical, commercial and legal conditions.
This policy will apply to the new methods as regards its general principles, without prejudice to the obligation to provide additional information where this is legally required.
